Refund policy

Returns and refunds

All returns must be authorized by BCA Distribution before they are sent back. To request a return, email orders@bcadistribution.com or call (365) 293-4077 with your invoice number. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Eligible stock items may be returned for credit or refund. A restocking fee of 25% applies to returned stock items, or the manufacturer's restocking fee if that is higher.

Return conditions

  1. Returns must be requested within 15 days of the invoice date.
  2. Items must be regular stock items with BCA Distribution, returned in full original-package quantities.
  3. Goods must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving the RA number, to the address we provide.
  4. The RA number and invoice number must be shown on the return shipping label.
  5. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
  6. Return shipping must be prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused.
  7. Special-order and non-stock items are final sale and cannot be returned. These are marked "Special order" on the product page or quote.
  8. Electrical and electronic parts that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
  9. Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
  10. Returns are not accepted on orders shipped outside Canada.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Shipping errors, missing items or damage must be reported within 1 business day of delivery. Damage must be noted and signed on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading at the time of delivery. If we shipped the wrong item, we will arrange the return and replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved credits are applied to your account or refunded to the original payment method, less any restocking fee, within 10 business days.

Warranty

Products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. We will help you process warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Orders affected by events beyond our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters or supply-chain disruptions, cannot be returned once shipped and invoiced. BCA Distribution reserves the right to refuse any return or claim that does not meet these conditions.
