Shipping policy

BCA Distribution ships across Canada from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario. Local pickup in Brampton is available by arrangement.

Order processing

Most orders, for stocked and sourced items, are fulfilled the same or next business day. Items sourced from our distributors or manufacturers ship once received, and we will confirm the expected ship date with your order.

Freight and delivery

Freight rates are quoted dock-to-dock. Tailgate delivery, inside delivery, delivery appointments or other extra handling may carry additional charges. Consolidated shipping is available for high-volume customers, and approved wholesale accounts may qualify for reduced or waived shipping charges.

Minimum order

A $100 minimum order applies to shipped orders that are not consolidated with other orders.

Shipping origin

Products ship FOB our Brampton warehouse, or FOB the distributor or manufacturer where noted on the product page. Not all products are stocked in our warehouse. The shipping origin and any freight charges are confirmed when you receive your quote or order confirmation.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please inspect every delivery. Shipping errors, missing items or damage must be reported to orders@bcadistribution.com within 1 business day of receipt. Damage must be acknowledged on a signed bill of lading at delivery.

Claims for loss or damage in transit are the carrier's responsibility. We will help you file the claim, but claim amounts may not be deducted from our invoice, and payment may not be withheld while a claim is being settled.

International orders

We currently ship within Canada only. Contact us about shipments to other countries.
