Terms of service

These terms apply to all quotes, orders and purchases from BCA Distribution Inc. ("BCA Distribution", "we", "us") made through bcadistribution.com, by email or by phone. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Account use

A business account may have multiple users, and each user must have their own login. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it. If you believe your login has been compromised, change your password and notify us right away. Orders placed online under your account are treated as authorized written orders from your business. Please tell us when a user's access should be removed. We may suspend or refuse account access at our discretion.

Accounts and payment

Anyone can order online at our listed prices without an account. Businesses buying regularly or in volume can apply for a wholesale account for volume pricing. We may request business details, an HST/GST number and references before approving a wholesale account. All orders are paid at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been agreed with us in writing. Payment terms are offered only to select approved accounts, at our discretion, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. All payments are in Canadian dollars.

Where invoice terms have been agreed, overdue balances bear interest at 2% per month (24% per year), and we may hold shipments until the account is brought current or cancel any unshipped orders.

Pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless the quote says otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, and change prices to reflect supplier and market conditions, without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. Volume pricing is available on request.

Sales tax

We charge GST/HST and any applicable provincial sales tax unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided at the time of order. Acceptance of an exemption certificate is at our discretion.

Special orders and availability

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Some special-order items must meet the manufacturer's minimum order quantity and may take longer to ship. Special-order and non-stock items cannot be cancelled once ordered from the supplier.

Product information

Product details, images and specifications are supplied by manufacturers and may change. Please confirm part numbers and compatibility before ordering. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their use on this site does not imply endorsement.

Limited warranty

Products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship only under the individual manufacturer's warranty. Where a product is confirmed defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our option, as your sole remedy. To the extent permitted by law, BCA Distribution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or labour costs, and our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

Exports

Products are sold for delivery and use within Canada. If you export products bought from us, you are solely responsible for all export and import requirements and for complying with all applicable laws.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including original text, layout and graphics, belongs to BCA Distribution or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Changes to these terms

Additional or different terms are not binding on BCA Distribution unless we agree to them in writing. Accepting an order does not mean we accept any other terms. We may update these terms at any time, and the version posted on this site applies to orders placed after the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
